Edison security is updated to comply with federal regulations and mitigate increased cybersecurity threats. The Edison login process requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Mobile Authenticator App, text message (SMS) or voice, or email for verification.
You can use a mobile phone for calls or text messages (SMS), an email address, or a mobile authenticator app to enroll in MFA. A Mobile Authenticator App is the preferred MFA option as it provides increased security for your Edison account. Please use any of the methods below to complete enrollment or update your MFA information.
You must complete each enrollment method separately. A passcode will be sent to either your mobile phone or email address for verification. If you enroll in multiple methods, you will have the option to choose your verification method when you log in to Edison.
